There is nothing not to like in St Ives, my first visit and I was not disappointed. Abundant with galleries, I was perfectly happy to spend entire days looking at art works, stopping at the quaint tea shops for refreshment. I took a variety of photos, coastal, town and some of the Barbara Hepworth Museum and garden.
This piece is inspired by one of the coastal shots. In the far distance you can just make out the lighthouse. The houses along the quayside, and the pale sands contrast with the architecture and the darker foreground greenery.
